Milan
dominated from start to finish but left it late to open
the score and only from a Shevchenko penalty. Cafu hit
the crossbar in the first half and Inzaghi hit the post
and pagliuca was voted man of the match with his numerous
saves. Possession was over 34 minutes for Milan and onlt
19 minutes for Bologna but Milan's 10 shots on goal were
mostly saved by an in form Pagliuca.
Milan
first goal when Kaka tried to enter the area from the
right only to be fouled by Colucci for a clear penalty.
Milan had earlier protested for two penalties, one of
them a blatant handsball. Shevchenko cooly sent the keeper
the wrong way.
The
second goal came from an incredible Inzaghi effort who
won possession on the right crossed and found Kaka who
scored with a right footed effort.
