Christian Abbiati has renewed his contract with Milan till June 2008. He has also accepted a reduction in his salary and still preferred to stay at Milanello.

Milan have signed world champion Marcus Cafu (ex-Roma) for two years. The thirty three year old right full back was a free transfer from Roma. The player will probably get in the region of 1.5 million Euros per season.
