Milan secure an important and extremely difficult away win thanks to a superb Kaka shot from about 30 metres with just 9 minutes left. Milan were less superior than their usual with a lot of errors and never failing to find adequate shots at goal. Seedorf came close with some long range efforts which was something Ancelotti worked on all week.

An important three points which keep Milan top and now can face Boca Juniors in the Intercontinental Cup Final with the ease of mind that they are still top in the serie A.
